REPAIR PROCEDURES FOR PRODUCT

LINSAY 90-Day Limited Product Warranty, the customer will be provided with a return authorization (RAN) number. Proof of purchase is required to confirm the product is within the 90-day limited warranty period.

The customer is provided with instructions for packing and shipping the unit to the LINSAY service center. The cost of shipping is at the customer's expense. After the product is repaired and tested, the LINSAY service center will ship the unit back to the customer.
